Phillip Held, LACP is a financial services professional with McDermid Financial Group, having more than 14 years of experience in long-term planning.
A 2016 & 2019 MassMutual Leaders Club Qualifier, Phil's practice specialties include life insurance, long-term care coverage, business succession planning, disability income insurance, asset protection, estate planning, and executive compensation.
In addition to serving as Finseca-NY President, Phil has served as NAIFA-NYS President, the NAIFA-NYS and NAIFA-Buffalo Boards of Directors and was President of NAIFA-Buffalo from 2016-2017. He was NAIFA-NYS Membership Committee Chair from 2018-2019 and was instrumental in the success of the NAIFA-NYS Buffalo Regional Conference in 2018.
Phil is also a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Roundtable (MDRT) member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals and of Business Networking International. He currently resides in Clarence, where he lives with his wife, Michelle, and their three children, Chloe, Holly, and Timothy.
