Michael is a Buffalo native, growing up in various parts of Western New York. He is a graduate of Canisius College where he earned degrees in Business Management and German Studies, and where he also played hockey for the Golden Griffs ACHA team. Coming from a background in customer service, Michael understands the importance of addressing his clients' needs and offering solutions to address their concerns.
